Q: I’m having trouble logging in, what do I do?

Q: How quickly can I get tested?
A: To ensure TestOp maintains its integrity, we take user training very seriously. We recommend registering for TestOp User Training at least 1 week before your test date.

Q: I need to check if my license is still valid, what do I do?
A: To determine if your TestOp User License is still valid, please fill out the form below OR reach out via the chat.

Q: How long is my TestOp User License valid?
A: TestOp User Licenses expire after 6 months of inactivity. To remain active, you must engage as a Test Designer, Tester, or Test Approver in TestOp before your 6-month period is over. If your account has expired, you will need to retake the training to regain access.
